April 4, 2018 Women On Mission Thursday, April 5 Will meet at 11:30 am to pray for missionaries having April birthdays and a devotion before beginning to prepare handmade cards for Prison Ministry. Church Wide Visitation Sr Adults Branson Meeting Monday, April 16 At 5:30 pm Come and join us in the Gym for supper and go out and visit. It could only take 15 to 30 minutes. Potluck Dinner & Homemade Dessert Auction April 8th Join us for lunch & a homemade Dessert Auction in the Gym. We ask you to bring two of the following: meat, side dish or salad. We are raising money for our Children's Ministries. Come & support our children & take home a scrumptious dessert at the same time & enjoy the fellowship. Intoday’sworld,thereseemstobealotofhate.Youcanseeitinthefacesofthoseonbothsidesofanissue.Proverbs10:12says,“Hatredstirsupstrife,butlovecoversallsins.”Lettinglovereplacehatredishardtodo.Butloveallowsustoriseaboveourhatred.Weneedtotrytounderstandothers.Wemaynotagreewiththem,butwecanseektoseetheirpointofview.And,asmuchaswe'dliketoactonourangerorourhate,ouractionsonlymakethingsworse!Ourbadreactioncanbereplacedwithagoodaction.Theveryfeelingofhatredshouldbereplacedwithlove.Thereispowerinlove.Loveistheantidotetohatred.Loveovercomes.In1Thessalonians3:12,Paulsaid,“MaytheLordmakeyoutoincreaseandaboundinlovetooneanotherandtoall.”Jesusisthesolutiontotheworld’sproblems.Itsoundssimple,butitisthetruth.Letus,asChristians,bedifferent.Let’sbelikeJesus.
