(power: 1.5 kW) and then flows to relevant equipment, avoiding glue gelling and solidifying

ANNEX B: SERVICE & OBLIGATION

1. Training

1.1 Training at Seller’s plant

Seller agrees to train the Buyer’s 2 operators at its fabrication plants, assembly plants and

carton plant for 15 days. This training will start at the beginning of the assembly of the contracted

goods and end before shipment. All the expenses of local transportation, accommodation and

training will be borne by the Seller.

1.2 Training at Buyer’s plant

The Buyer’s operators will be trained during the period of installation, commissioning and test

running at the Buyer’s plant.

2. Installation, Commissioning, Test Running and Final Acceptance

2.1 Seller’s personnel

Seller’s 2 qualified technicians will work on the Buyer’s plant for 60 days for installation,

commissioning, test running and final acceptance. The expenses of international & local

transportation, board & lodging will be borne by the Buyer. The expense of international air ticket,

international insurance will be borne by the Buyer and should be transferred to the Seller’s

account before technicians’ departure from China to the destination.

.

2.2 Prerequisites on site

� Machines and parts have been moved out of wooden crates, sitting on site, convenient for

transportation.

� As tools and accessory machinery the Buyer will provide:

Motorised cranes for unloading,

Fork lift trolleys,

General workshop tools – wrenches, screw-drivers, drills, etc,

Tools for plumbing works together with some most popular plumbing joints,

Water and oil tanks, barrels, etc.

� The Buyer will prepare the following - till the date of delivery:

Steam capacity and pressure as stipulated hereinbefore.

Distribution cabinets and cable from the distribution cabinet to the drive cabinet with

specification shown on the cable layout.

� The Buyer will prepare the following – straight after the date of delivery:

Steam piping – piping and insulation from the boiler to outlets of the machine,

Glue piping – piping from the glue preparing system to all places that need glue,

Water piping – all plumbing work,

Compressed air piping – piping from the compressed air station to all devices that need

compressed air.

� All buildings will be prepared by the Buyer in accordance with the recommended plant layout,

construction to be designed by a qualified architecture designing institute.

� Machinery foundations will be done by the Buyer in accordance with foundation drawing

prepared by the Producer and delivered by the Seller.

2.3 Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer will make available in time on his own account:

--assistance to the Seller’s personnel for their entry visas

--transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa

--boarding and lodging in local comfortable hotel

--any safety rules to be adhered to and other necessary advices

--assistant labor as and when required, also masons or other workmen

--equipment and material required for machine installation and start-up, such as cranes, lifting

--heating, lighting and working power including all items listed in Buyer’s Supply

2.4Installation Program

----The Buyer shall made written information to the Seller about the suitable time to start the

erection of the machines while the Seller is obliged to send a formal installation program to the

Buyer to make preparations to the assembly of the machine.

---- All installation process should be strictly carried out as per installation program, weekly work

progress will be signed by representatives of two Parties. The signatures will prove the respective

responsibilities to the clauses stipulated in the program.

---- The expected installation period is 60 days as per installation program, in the event that

service installation work should be delayed for reasons from the Buyer due to no heating, lighting

and working power, etc. And the buyer is obliged to sign on the installation program for any delay.

All costs arising from such delays will be borne by the Buyer. Additional technician’s installation

salary will be increased up to 75 USD per person per day beyond the expected date laid down in

the contract. While extra 30 days will be allowed, after extension days, all technicians shall be

required to come back to China. The Seller agrees to send other technician while all expenses on

the Buyer’s account including international air ticket, installation charge and so on.

2.5 Obligations and Services of the Seller

The Seller will provide sufficient materials needed for test running as listed below:

--provide sufficient qualified engineers (machine demonstrators/mechanical engineers, electrical

engineers) for purposes of supervising, set-up, installation, commissioning, training and

production start-up on site

--provide installation reports and test sheets after completion of start-up and acceptance tests of

any machines. Any unusual events or emergencies affecting security of personnel or

quality/accuracy of the machines or the job to be done will be reported immediately.

--guarantee for proper installation of machines and all parts.

--the normal working time for the Seller’s personnel consists of eight hours per day and 48 hours

per week. If necessary and acceptable for both sides, the daily working time may be extended.

--Upon request of the Buyer, one qualified engineer may work at the Buyer’s factory for three

months (more than three months would need to be discussed) after acceptance for further

technical operating support, such as operating and maintenance training, etc. Individual service

contract should be signed between seller and buyer.

3. Quality Guarantee

3.1. Quality Guarantee period: one year after final acceptance

3.2. Within the period of quality guarantee, the Seller is obliged to supply technical assistance to

the Buyer to ensure normal production.

3.3. Within the period of quality guarantee, in case of any defects or malfunctions, which have

been proven to be caused by Seller’s poor materials, designing errors, and poor fabrication and

assembly technology, upon receipt of the Buyer’s information in writing, the Seller will send

its technicians immediately.

3.4. Within the period of quality guarantee, in case of any defects or malfunctions, which have

been proven to be caused by the Buyer using improper material, mis-operating and

maintenance, upon receipt of the Buyer’s information in writing, the Seller will send its

technicians immediately. The international air tickets (if necessary), local transportation and

accommodation will be borne by the buyer.

3.5. After the period of quality guarantee, the Seller ensures plentiful spare parts supply and

prompt after-sale-service.

3.6. Seller’s representative offices will be responsible for after-sale-service as well as spare parts

supply.

ANNEX C: BUYER’S SUPPLY

For corrugated board line

A. Civil Engineering

--All buildings in accordance with the recommended plant layout, construction to be designed

by a qualified architecture designing institute.

--All machine foundations in accordance with foundation drawing issued by the Seller.

Civil work for machine foundation does not require very high precision. Pit, ditches and

grooves for bolts and/or other machine feet need only engineering positioning (tolerance is

allowed) and easy carpentry for templates. Ordinary building team is capable of execution.

B. Power Supply and Water Supply

--Plant main power supply

--Switch board and distribution cabinet in accordance with the cable layout issued by the

Seller.

--Cable, wire, wire jacket, non-contact breaker, fuse, etc

General electric materials for power supply need to be specified by a designing institute or

skilled electricians.

The detailed power capacity and specification of distribution cabinet differs according to

different machinery configurations. These data will be given in specific cable layout issued by

the Seller.

380V three-phase five-line (3P+N+PE) power system with 50Hz frequency is available in

these machines. Special voltage and frequency should be informed prior to manufacturing.

Make sure the voltage fluctuation of the power network should not be beyond the range of

+5%.

-- Water Supply

For corrugated board line equipment: 10 tons/day

For boiler: 4 tons/hour

C. Material Required for Test Run

--Kraft liner, Test liner and fluting medium

Paper specification for guaranteed working speed:

Paper Grade: not less than B

Moisture content: 10%±1

Kraft liner: 200～250g/m2

Test Liner: 180～300g/m2

Fluting medium: ≥107g/m2

Terminology about paper:

Kraft liner (K): it is originally made from 100% pure wood pulp. It is used when the

facing paper has to be particularly resistant or when the packaging needs to provide a

strong tear resistance. This liner is usually applied to A, C and B flutes.

Test liner (T): it is made entirely or partly from recycled paper. It is an efficient and

inexpensive grade made from waste paper. It consists of two layers: a thicker substrate

and a more attractive outer ply. Again this liner is mainly applied to A, C and B flutes.

Test 2 (T2) is partly recycled liner paper. Test 3 (T) is fully recycled liner.

Chip (C): waste based liners.

Fully bleached white (BW): fully bleached kraft liner.

Mottled kraft (MK): mottled white kraft.

Oyster (OY): mottled test liner.

Decorative liner (WT): this white-top liner offers a suitable surface for achieving an

attractive print quality, especially for multi-color image designs. Decorative liner

materials are increasingly used on B, E and F flutes.

Fluting medium: it is generally produced using waste based fluting medium (WBF),

semi-chemical fluting (SC) medium is used for enhanced properties.

Cornstarch, potato or cassava starch，tapioca
