Introduction: WizzCare has been founded by a team of Health Care Professionals and Entrepreneurs, with a vision to provide dedicated home health care support to families and seniors living in India. WizzCare is a part of “Truworth Company”, India’s leading Solutions Provider in the space of mHealth, Tele-health and Health Informatics. There are two over arching market trends that have helped sprout our business: First, the traditional Indian nuclear family as we know it is slowly following the pattern of western civilization, disintegrating, as modernization takes hold in major metros across India today. This trend, coupled with migration of Indian professionals to various countries across the globe, has left increasing number of elderly without the traditional support network for care at home. Second, the Indian healthcare system is fragmented, principally out of pocket and in-patient care focused, with a tremendous trust deficit amongst users. Details of list of empanelled healthcare service provider will be on website, customer will get separate login id.
Customer service center which refers patients on a daily basis according to their requirements.
CRM process for referrals based on location, specialization and treatment/procedure required. The appointments are scheduled and confirmed to the patients by our professionally trained customer care executives.
For customer delight, we share doctors/center’s details with members via sms utility post referrals.
