WizIQ.com is known across world for the online education. You can sign up on WizIQ as a teacher, student or as an Organization. Following are the tasks which a Teacher or an Admin of an Organization on WizIQ can do:

How to Sign-up

You can sing-up on WizIQ in 2 steps:

Signup using your Facebook account and it will pick your login credentials from FacebookORCreate your account on WizIQ by entering your Name, Email ID and choose a password.

Once you Sing-up you can choose either one from Teacher, Student or Organization

Complete your profile

Complete your Profile as Teacher or Admin for your Organization’s profile. That profile will be visible to everyone on WizIQ. After to sing-up and create your profile, you will be assigned a Profile ID by which you can be searched on WizIQ.

You can also share your WizIQ profile link on Facebook and Twitter.

Add your contact details in Profile which makes easy for the students to contact you and also get a direct communication for any subject related queries and doubts.

Schedule Live Class

To schedule a live class, you need choose a Title, Date and time, Add keyword, about the class. You can schedule only Private and free class.

You can also schedule Recurring classes, where in you can select when class repeats:

a. Daily (All days)b. 6 Days (Mon-Sat)c. 5 Days (Mon-Fri)d. Weeklye. Once every month

You can choose one among the above option to schedule a recurring class and just send the invitation to the attendees.

Features in classes

Recording Feature : Recording will help your student to see the recording of the class when the class is already over. You can choose the option for student to View the Recording or Download the Recording or Both. Being a teacher you can also Delete the Recording for a class.

Invite attendees: You can invite attendees for the scheduled class. Either add contacts on WizIQ or send invitation on their Email IDs without adding them to your contacts.

Attendance and Permissions: Under this column you can check the attendance sheet with attendee’s name that joined your class and the permission you have granted them after the class.

Change class time or Cancel class: The class time can be changed or cancelled before the class starts. You can send the reason for the change and message will be sent to all invited attendees.

Comments and feedback: Only attendees get the option to post a comment or give a feedback for the class.

Create a course

You can create and publish a Course online. A teacher can choose what type of course they want to create. It could be either Public or Private.

Public and Private Course: Public course will be available to all registered users on WizIQ.com and

anyone can enroll in your course. Private course will be available to only those whom you have invited to

enroll in your course. Both courses can be set a Paid or Free course. The Currency charged on WizIQ for Public and Private course will be only

US dollars ($). Teacher can add classes, upload contents and create test in a Course.

Upload contents

Teacher can upload content on WizIQ and can later directly be shared in Virtual classroom.

How to upload content

First choose file from your computer.

Enter all the information in the required fields. You can check support file Formats and Sizes to avoid any confusion with

types of files you can upload.

Create Test

Teacher can create a Test online and publish it either Public or Private. The test created online will be only Free Test. It will be only Multiple choice Questions Minimum Questions required is 5 and no limit for Maximum Questions.

Virtual classroom

Whiteboard: Is the tool where you can write and draw images to explain a point.

Content Library: Is the ICON from where you can share the content directly in the class.

Upload from Desktop: If Teacher wants to upload any content directly in the class, then use icon to upload the files. The Limit will be 10 MB per file.

Media Player: Play the Audio and Video files in the classroom. First upload the files in your content library from WizIQ and that can be shared in Virtual classroom. Or you can also play Video files from youtube.com. Just copy the link and past in Video bar on Media Player.

Screen share: Click on Screen tab to initialize the screen share in the class. This will not transfer the access or control to attendees in the classroom.

Polling: With this feature Teacher can put Multiple choice question to the attendees and can later share the poll in the class.

Breakout session: : With Breakout session you can divide all the students in different groups. You can assign only 5 rooms and make 1 student as Lead in the room.

Device settings: This Wrench icon will be used to check the device settings in the classroom.

End class: Red X to end the class.

Bandwidth: To check the Bandwidth in the classroom.
