Day 1 ? Monday ? February 13: Depart U.S.A. Board overnight flights to Lisbon, Portugal. Day 2 ? Tuesday ? February 14: Arrive Lisbon-Fatima Arrive Lisbon and board motor coach to Fatima. Arrival at the Solar da Marta Hotel for lunch and check-in. Visit the Sanctuary, Museum of Light, where we will see the bullet that hit John Paul II and is now in the crown of Our Lady, and celebrate Holy Mass at the Capelinha where Our Lady appeared in 1917. Dinner at hotel. Day 3 ? Wednesday ? February 15: Fatima After breakfast, we begin our day celebrating Mass at the Carmel of St. Joseph. We will visit the Hamlet of Aljustrel, where the children lived and the area of Loco de Cabeco, where the Angel appeared twice, the Valinhos, the site of Our Lady's appearance after the children's return from prison, walk and follow the Hungarian Stations of the Cross along the Via Sacra (The Sacred Way) culminating in the Chapel of Calvary, which overlooks all of Fatima. Enjoy lunch at Tia Alice, one of Fatima?s most renowned restaurants. Visit St. Anthony?s, the Parish Church and cemetery of the Little Shepherds. Day 4 ? Thursday ? February 16: Coimbra ? Fat imaAfter breakfast we will drive to Coimbra, a beautiful riverfront city and home of the oldest university in Europe. We will attend Holy Mass in the monastery of St. Teresa, home to Sr. Lucia for the last 57 years of her life, and tour Sr. Lucia?s Museum to see her personal memorabilia. We will visit St. Anthony Church of the Olive Groves where the saint was invested with the Franciscan habit. We will then visit a 13th century former Poor Clare Monastery that now holds the partially-incorrupt body of St. Elizabeth of Portugal. Lunch will be at the Manjar do Marques in Pombal on our route back to Fatima. Enjoy dinner at the hotel and hear a talk by Sr. Angela, ASM, the postulator for the Shepherd Children. Attend the Rosary in the Capelinha.

Day 5 -Fr iday ? February 17 Fat ima ? OuremWe will celebrate Holy Mass at the Capelinha and walk to the Postulator Museum and learn about the lives of the little shepherds from Sr. Angela, ASM. Visit the Church of Our Lady of Ortiga and the castle ruins of Ourem. Drive back to Fatima for Benediction at Pius XII Monastery and visit with the cloistered Dominican Nuns of the Perpetual Rosary. Dinner at the hotel. Rosary at the Capelinha.

Day 6 ? Saturday February 18: Santarem - Lisbon -Fat imaDrive to Santarem where we will celebrate Holy Mass at St Stephen?s Church, site of the 1247 Eucharistic Miracle, and venerate the ?Bleeding Host?. Drive to St. Anthony?s Church in Lisbon, the birthplace of St. Anthony. We will also visit the exquisite 12th century Jeronimo?s Monastery, built to give thanks to the Virgin Mary for guiding Vasco da Gama on his

voyage that linked Europe and Asia. At its peak, the monastery held 1000 monks. Then we will drive to the Poor Clare Convent in Lisbon to view the room and chapel where Blessed Jacinta stayed in January of 1920. There Our Lady made private appearances to her. We will then tour the Royal Basilica and Convent of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Royal Basilica is the first Basilica in Europe dedicated to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. We will then continue onto Estafani Hospital where Blessed Jacinta died. Dinner in Fatima after which we will participate in the Candlelight Procession at the Capelinha.

Day 7 ? Sunday ? February 19: Balazar - Braga Drive to Balazar and visit the home of the ?4th seer

of Fatima?, Blessed Alexandrina da Costa. We will Celebrate Holy Mass,

visit her tomb and the Little Chapel of the Miracle of the Cross. Then we will proceed onto Braga. After checking into the hotel, we will visit the Basilica,

Bom Jesus, and see the magnificent life sized Stations of the

Cross. Then we will travel to the top of the mountain of Sameiro to visit the Shrine of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception. Dinner and overnight at the Elevator Hotel.

Day 8 ? Monday - February 20: Pontevedra ? Compostela.Drive to Pontevedra Spain and celebrate Holy Mass in the cell where Sr. Lucia received the apparition for the First Saturday Devotion. Then we will drive to the magnificent historic Cathedral of St. James in Compestela to tour and pray at the tomb of the first martyred apostle. Lunch, dinner and overnight will be at the San Martin Pinario adjacent to the Cathedral. Time for prayer and shopping.

Day 9- Tuesday February 21: Compostela - Tui - Fat imaEarly Holy Mass at the Cathedral of St. James. Then we will drive to Tui and visit the site of the Grace and Mercy Apparition of 1929. Will stop for lunch in Porto, Portugal, home of the famous Port wine. We will arrive back in Fatima that afternoon. There will be time for private devotions, shopping, etc. Dinner will be followed by a reflection on the relevance of Fatima by a religious sister of the Alliance of Holy Mary. Attend the Rosary in the Capelinha.

Day 10 ? Wednesday - February 22: Batalha ? Alcobaca - Nazare - Juncal - Fat imaEarly Mass at the Monastery of the Dominican Nuns. Drive a short distance to Bathala and tour the beautiful Monastery of Batalha built in honor of Our Lady of the Battle. See the tomb of the unknown soldier and the magnificent cloister. Proceed to Aljubarrota and learn about the Battle for Portugal?s freedom in 1385 by St. Nuno who is known as the ?precursor to Fatima?. Then we will visit Alcobaca to tour the majestic Cistercian -gothic Monastery of the 12 Century founded by St Bernard of Clairvaux. Lunch will be in the seaside town of Nazare where we will visit the Church of Our Lady of Nazare in Sitio. This church is home to a statue of Our Lady and the Christ child. Tradition holds that this statue was carved by St Joseph and painted by St Luke. Our last stop will be the parish church of St. Michael?s in Juncal where some theorize the Angel of Portugal procured Holy Communion to bring to the Little Shepherds in the Loco do Cabeco in 1916. Dinner at hotel.

Day 11 ? Thursday - February 23: Depart for USA Attend Holy Mass in Hotel Chapel before breakfast and bus departure to Lisbon Airport for our return flights home.

Deadline for deposit is December 1, 2016. Final payment is due by January 12, 2017. Reservations will be granted in the order in which deposit is received. Space is limited.Travel Documents: A passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining is required of all U.S. citizens. U.S. citizens do not require visas for entry to Spain or Portugal. Fr . Rossi, spir it ual dir ect orWe are blessed to have Fr. Lucas Rossi as our spiritual director. Father is the parochial vicar for Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Salisbury, NC. He attended Illinois State University and entered seminary studies at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Winona, Minn., followed by the Pontifical College of Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio. Father Rossi was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Charlotte in June 2010. Father Rossi is eager to share his devotion to the Blessed Mother with us.
