Cut wire to length and feed end through hole in stripper
Keeping wire straight makes this easier

Feed approx 25mm (1 inch) through Press the wire towards the rivet to cut into insulation
With insulation cut, pull the tool away gently
Wire stripped of insulation
Discarded insulationHold wire firmly
You will damage the stripper if wire insulation is not fully inserted
Feed stripped wire into the end of the wrapping tool
Not into the centre hole, offset it towards the groove

Wire should feed along the groove Feed wire until insulation enters the tool mouth
Long wire will exceed the groove depthWire will appear here
Hold wire in tool whilst taking it to the job
Feed pin into the centre hole
Turn the tool in a continuous clockwise rotation
Observe the wire reducing in the groove Gold Standard

Other end of tool unwraps the wire
Turn tool anti-clockwise
Loosened wire should withdraw with the tool
Do not re-use wrapped wire, discard it
Adjacent pins can be connected together
Strip the wire to twice normal length
Wrap the wire onto the pin using < half the wire length

Wrap the remaining wire onto the second pin To remove reverse the sequence & unwrap
Discard the unwrapped wire
Pins can be wrapped and unwrapped several times
That’s it.
You’ve now become a
