4. Registration and confirmation Application to exhibit is made by submitting a completed and signed application form to the organizer. The organizer will confirm receipt of application in writing by fax and original mail.

5. Terms of paymentA deposit of 50% is required within 10 working days upon application. Final balance of 50% is due on or before 9 March 2018. All bank charges are to be borne by applicant.

6. CancellationIf an applicant withdraws hisapplication, for whatever reason,before he receives either a rejection orconfirmation of his application, anyparticipation fee paid will be forfeited.

If the exhibitor notifies the organizer ofhis withdrawal within three months ofthe start date of the event, he is liablefor the total participation fee.

Should the exhibitor under contract (i.e.in receipt of confirmation) inform theorganizer with at least 3 month inadvance that he will not participate inthe event, providing the organizer isable to resell the stand without loss thepayment to be made by the exhibitorwill be reduced to a handling fee of the80% of the contracted participation feeirrespective of the exhibitor’s fullliability for additional costs, cataloguefees etc.

7. General terms and conditions ofParticipationThe detailed General Terms andConditions of Participation are givenon the organizer’s websitewww.messefrankfurt.com.hk and canbe requested in printed form ifrequired.

8. Booth allocationThe booth will be allocated inaccordance with marketing criteria. Nochange of booth location is allowedonce it has been assigned & informed.

Additionally represented companies(co-exhibitors) must arrange theirparticipation through the mainexhibitor.

9. Catalogue entry / fair guideIf the organizer does not receive thecatalogue entry form (from theexhibitor manual) from the exhibitor,information from the application formwill be used to prepare the exhibitor’sentry in the catalogue or fair guide.

10. Intellectual property rights /copyrightThe exhibitor warrants that his exhibitsand packages thereof and the relatedpublicity materials do not in any waywhatsoever violate or infringe anythird party’s rights including trademarks, copyrights, designs, namesand patents whether registered orotherwise. The organizer has the rightto refuse participation of any exhibitorfound guilty of infringement ofintellectual property rights at anyfuture trade fairs.
