Steps to get a business license Construction Services (SIUJK) can be divided into three

stages:

STAGE 1: Certification Experts (SKA) / Skilled (SKT)

STAGE 2: Certification Enterprises (SBU)

STAGE 3: Handling SIUJK

Before discussing the above three stages, first, make sure that you have standard

documents. When you attempt a PT for example, the following documents are already there:

Person (PKP).

Second, determine the projects that will take whether you want to work on small

projects (under 500 million), medium-sized projects (500 million up to Rp 10 billion) or

large-scale projects (above Rp 10 M). LPJK has made qualifying companies with the value of

the project: K1, K2, K3, M1, M2, B1, and B2.

If your company is new in the field of construction services, you only have two

choices: choose a small project (K1) or medium (M1). Qualifications You can later be

increased according to your experience in the construction field. When you select a small

CLASSIFICATION

SKA WHAT YOU NEED?

SKA amount you need depends on how many fields you want to work on. When you

choose the 4 fields, you need at least 5 SKA. If the company you choose qualification eg M1,

then you must have an ACS responsible person in charge of engineering and 4 classification

(field). If your company only work on 3 classification, then you need 4 SKA: 1 charge of

engineering, responsible for classification 3.

All SKA must follow the training that has been determined by the relevant

professional associations and attending an interview or make a scientific work in accordance

with their chosen field before getting certified experts (SKA).

HOW LONG HANDLING SKA?

It could take up to one month. First, experts will follow the training and interview in

accordance with the schedule set by the Association of the profession. After dinyataka pass,

 STAGE 2: CERTIFICATION AGENCY

If your company already has a certified expert (SKA), a new certification you can
