TRUE COLORS:• History of True Colors: The theory behind True Colors

can be traced back to when Hippocrates (460BC) identified four different temperaments of humans: Sanguine, Choleric, Phlegmatic, and the Melancholic and in Plato’s (428BC) ideas about character and personality.

• Today we are using a sample of True Colors• Everyone has some degree of each color. However,

most people have a dominant main color. There are no bad or good colors

• Increasing the understanding of ourselves helps in decreasing conflict.

• True colors was created by researchers and psychologists:
