Learn to SkateEvery child is different. Therefore, every child will master their skating skills at a different pace. It is not uncommon for a child to repeat a level more than once. Private lessons are available for those who would prefer or require more one-on-one atten-tion. Please see the Skating School Director for more informa-tion.
Safety - Since we all want our skaters to have a safe and memorable skating experience, as a precaution, we strongly encourage the use of a bike or hockey helmet for our beginner and first-time skaters. Appropriate skating attire includes a pair of mittens/gloves and warm, but loose-fitting clothing. Skaters should also avoid double runner skates as they inhibit the learn-ing experience. Still have questions? Stop by our Pro Shop and ask our staff for assistance.

You are taking the entrance exam for Bloom Township High School District 206. We would like to introduce you to the win-ningest athletic program in the history of Bloom Township Athlet-ics — wrestling. We would like you to consider getting involved with our feeder program where you will be taught the basics of wrestling and become prepared to be a wrestler in high school.
We work with young athletes in grades K through 8th. We have been very successful and have a strong reputation as an IKWF Wrestling Club.
The Cross Town Crushers are the official feeder team to Bloom Township High School.
Wrestling is a sport where we condition not only the body but also the mind. Many consider wrestling to be a metaphor for life, because it teaches self-reliance, goal setting, and mental toughness. Football and wrestling go hand-in-hand. Wrestling teaches many of the skills that a great football player must have.
