With Ryan’s fabulous modern cuisine and the help of our wine merchant Page and Sons in Ramsgate, we have created this exclusive wine list for you to enjoy with every dish! We are very proud to support local businesses in Kent including Hush Heath Estate and Chapel Down. Hush Heath Estate | Staplehurst Hush Heath is a 400-acre family owned Tudor estate in the heart of the Garden of England with vast ancient oak woodlands, vineyards, Kentish apple orchards and wildflower meadows. In its heart lies Hush Heath Manor, built in 1503 and home to the Balfour-Lynn family. The estate is dedicated to producing the country’s finest still and sparkling wines and ciders and has amassed a number of accolades. ~ Chapel Down | Tenterden Chapel Down produces a world-class range of sparkling and still wines, together with the award-winning range of Curious beers & cider.
