Computers will be upgraded the dates that are advertised◦ You won’t be contacted right before it happens

Groups of computers will be upgraded all at the same time

Upgrading the operating system this way means that we’re completely re-imaging your computer◦ All data is removed◦ All software is removed◦ There will be changes to your profile – new profile◦ Some older peripheral devices may not work◦ Some smaller/older software may not work
