Instructionfor DIY plastic bottle windowfarm system

6 bottles for the plants + 1 extra bottle for the tank.

Punch the holes in the marked spots.

Keep the cap andtake off the ring.

Meassure and cut 250 mmplastic ribbon.

Clean the glue remains with some olive oil.

Place the stencil above the sticky glue remains of the label.

Clamp a sleeve on one side of the plastic ribbon.

Propper cutten bottle.Cut out the defined area and use the cutout as the stencil.

Thread the ribbon in the pun-ched holes and clamp a sleeve on the other end.

You can use a 25mmForstener drill for the hole in the bottom.

Built a drill support construction.

Use a cutter for rounding the edges and adjust for the bottle threads.

Flatten the edges of the hole.

Try to screw the bottlestogether.

Drill the holes for the riser tube.Advise: drill the cap on top of the bottle

Cut a 70 mm chain piece. Hook a staple into the chain and press it like an anchor in the hole.16 17 18 19

Cut a opening for refilling the tank. The cap must fit through.20nail scissor

Punch the cap at two points and open till the valves fit through.Keep the holes small to be able to screw the valves in the caps.

Screw the valves with locknut and rubber seal in the cap.

Put on rubber seal, washers and tighten the nuts right. You may have to adjust the washers.

Use specialized hydroponic pots to have the right sha-pe for this build up.

Secure the tank with a cap. You may have to cut two openings to be able to turn the cap.
