Window Project gone Bad All but last window installed about 8 yrs ago Work was done by the elderly homeowner’s son Work paid for by the homeowner’s mother Now the homeowner, who is also disabled, has to pay $1500 to repair Work NOT to be done by the son,,,, if so…. the cost would most likely be double!!! And would you want him to do the work??? Shame on him to do this to his own elderly and disabled parents! However, he has no shame to continually ask his parents for handout - - “ it’s only fair! ”

At a minimum, a new sill will have to be installed. There may be more damage done to the house below the window due to water getting behind the aluminum siding.

Last window – sill trim meets window – it is caulked – not pretty to look at, but at least everything is covered – the only window that does not need repair work. But it could use a day of beauty!
