proposed redevelopment of the Maiden Choice Medical Center property owned by Dr. Norberto Machiran
and his family on Maiden Choice Lane in Catonsville, Maryland. The following pages will provide an

The Making of Maiden Choice Medical Center A history of the existing buildings as provided by owner
The Maiden Choice Medical Center was originally developed in 1985 and is the only condominium
medical office complex in the area. The campus consists of the original buildings, labeled “A” and “B”
on the attached campus map illustration, constructed in 1957 and consisting of 12,000 square feet of
medical office space. The new buildings were added in 1991, labeled “C” and “D” on the attached
campus map illustration, consisting of 17,301 and 25,018 square feet, respectively.

The existing Maiden Choice Medical Center is located across from the Charlestown Retirement
Community. Originally developed in 1983 by Erikson Retirement Communities, Charlestown is one of

might suggest that a redevelopment of the Maiden Choice Medical Center is in order. The combination
