I am a pharmacist at Morristown Medical Center and I have had the great pleasure of working with

Wilson Martinez throughout the past two years. He is not only professional and accountable at work,

but also kind and genuine to everyone he encounters. Wilson is a valued member within our

department and it is my belief that he would be an excellent candidate for any other team affiliation.

I first met Wilson when he started working as a technician in the pharmacy department at Morristown

Medical Center. He always has a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for all his

peers and coworkers. I have seen him juggle work and school with a maturity beyond his years. But

beside his reliability and work ethic, what stands out the most about Wilson to me is his compassion for

everyone he meets. No matter what unexpected situation comes up be it with patients, coworkers,

classmates, or friends, Wilson always strives to do what is right. We have spoken before regarding his

aspirations to continue his studies in healthcare management because it is his dream to impact his

community by optimizing patient care.

In my time of knowing Wilson, he has consistently impressed me with his sense of responsibility in

work and in life. As a healthcare professional, I look forward to seeing his future endeavors and

accomplishments. I believe Wilson to be someone who has the potential to impact healthcare, business

as well as the community and I cannot think of a better candidate for to extend my blessings towards. I
