Will with Legacies for Children

THIS  IS THE LAST will and testament of me, AB of, etc. This will be operative with effect from mydeath. I hereby revoke all wills and codicils by me heretofore made.

S%b1ect to what are hereinbefore stated, my said e$ec%tors or e$ec%tor and tr%stees or tr%stee shall, after defrayin& the costs, char&es and e$penses of administration, hold and possessthe entire estate, both movable and immovable, in tr%st for my children for their maintenance ands%pport %ntil the yo%n&est of them shall attain the a&e of ) years.

2. y said e$ec%tors or e$ec%tor and tr%stees or tr%stee shall be entitled to convert themovables only into money which sho%ld be invested in the p%rchase of 'overnment sec%rities or tr%stees sec%rities or in loans a&ainst the first mort&a&e of ho%ses and lands or in any other &oodand so%nd investments with power to draw interest, dividends, etc. to alter and vary the same attheir discretion s%ch investment or investments into other investment or investments of the sameor like nat%re, to be held %pon tr%st as aforesaid.

3. y said e$ec%tors or e$ec%tor and tr%stees or tr%stee shall look after, mana&e and keepand maintain in &ood repair and develop all my properties, and realise the rents, profits and other income thereof.

I f%rther direct that my said e$ec%tors or e$ec%tor and tr%stees or tr%stee shall after payin&all my 1%st debts, testamentary and other e$penses and the le&acies hereinbefore recited, and,after providin& for the costs, char&es and e$penses of the mana&ement and development of thesaid properties and for payment of the reven%e and ta$es spend the s%rpl%s of the income for allthe necessary e$penses for maintenance and ed%cation of my said children d%rin& their minorityand on my last child attainin& the a&e ) years shall divide the remainin& property e-%ally amon&all my children, when and in s%ch an event the tr%st here%nder created shall come to an end.

5rovided, however, they shall keep and maintain proper acco%nt of the estate and file thesame in co%rt once in every si$ months and &et the same a%dited and passed.

5rovided, however, f%rther that in the event of ac-%isition or comp%lsory p%rchase of anyproperty, the said e$ec%tors and tr%stees shall invest the proceeds in p%rchase of some other s%itable property or properties to be also held by them in tr%st as aforesaid.
