    IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS (IRR)IN THE CONDUCT OF THE

    WILD AND WITTED: NFJPIAs BRAIN GAMES

    IRR 1.0 GENERAL GUIDELINES

    IRR 1.1 The NFJPIAs Brain Games is a nationwide inter-school group category

    games competition which shall comprise of 7 levels.

    IRR 1.2 The competition shall be open for all attendees of the 30

    th

    Annual NationalConvention.

    IRR 1.3 This competition shall be composed of different games/activities/ which

    shall require the use of wit and intellect of the participants. All

    games/competitions on different levels of this event shall be revealedduring the event itself.

    IRR 1.4 Each Local Chapter can send a maximum of three (3) teams composed of

    three members only.

    Elimination shall be done on each level of the competition to determine thewinner. Only one team shall be declared as an overall champion of thisevent.

    IRR 2.0 REQUIREMENTS

    IRR 2.1 Each team must comply with the following requirements:

    Photocopy of school I.D.

    Photocopy of recent registration/enrollment form.

    IRR 2.2 Hardcopy of all requirements (photocopy of ID and registration form) must

    be given on the 1st day of the 30th Annual National Convention (ANC)during the registration period. Failure to comply with the given major

    requirements may mean disqualification for the contestant.

    IRR 2.3 Only the 1st 40 teams to register on this event shall be allowed to

    participate. Registration will be on the 1st day of the convention. First comefirst serve basis shall be strictly followed.

    IRR 3.0 GENERAL CONTEST RULES

    IRR 3.1 The Standing Committee for Academics shall be composed of National

    Vice President for Academics, Committee Chairperson, and Committee

    Members while NFJPIA Council shall be composed of the nationalexecutive officers of the NFJPIA which shall serve as the monitoring

    personnel and question distributors (QD).

    IRR 3.2 Any member of the Board of Judges and NFJPIA Council shall be vestedwith the power to give sanction to any contestant he have witnessedviolating any of the said provision in this IRR.

    IRR 3.3 The Judge or the Board of Judges shall have the sole and exclusive

    authority to clear or answer any protest/clarification made by thecontestant or the respective adviser. Judge/s decision is final andirrevocable.

    IRR 3.4 The challenge shall not only measure the endless thinking capacity of

    JPIAns but their speed and accuracy as well.

    IRR 3.5 The challenge shall be composed of seven stations. Every station

    corresponds to number of teams that can proceed to the next round.

    Base- all registered teams1st station- 252nd station- 20

    3rd station-154th station- 10

    5th/Last station- 7

    IRR 3.6 The top three (3) winners for each level will be awarded as the Champion,2nd Placer, and 3rd Placer respectively.
