JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Field Sales Manager (North England) REPORTING TO: Calibration Technology Sales Manager JOB OVERVIEW: The Field Sales Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of UK Sales of our products

and services within budget. This role also provides for a geographical responsibility in which existing and future development of sales within the geographical Sales Area in line with the Company’s overall objectives.

MAIN DUTIES: • The day to day management and coaching of our Field Sales Team, ensuring that they are well supported, have the tools that they need to complete their tasks and meet their budgetary responsibilities

• Liaison with the Internal Sales Manager to ensure that the Internal and Field Teams work cohesively to deliver the sales budgets for products and services

• Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Management Team to ensure that all aspects of the Field Sales Operations meet the expected Key Indicators

• Work in a structured manner reporting to the Divisional Manager in order to deliver The Company’s growth targets and increase overall market share

• The development of existing accounts to the extent of WIKA’s complete Calibration Technology capability of supply and the retention of existing business.

• The development of new accounts to increase WIKA’s market share in all segments and products

• Actively seek out information relating to competitor products and activity and feedback to the Company.

• Liaise with the Internal Sales Team to build and deliver accurate commercial proposals to our customer base, ensuring that we meet or exceed their expectations

• Work with the Internal Support Team for your sales area to maximise opportunities • Be responsible for the margin management and price agreements within the Sales Area. • To generate and deliver presentations and effective demonstrations of products in specific

applications
