Attach the window mounts to the wall.

Attach the push and pull fittings to the window. Place the window on the mounts and attach the push and pull fittings to the wall.

The window can be mounted before or after the exterior insulation is securely attached or a new exterior wall is built.

There must be at least 20 mm insulation measured from the tip of the mount to the outer insulation due to corrosion and thermal bridge.

WLC is used, where the inner wall is at least concrete C20.

The maximum load on WicoLine Concrete Mount is approximately 80 kg or 0.8 kN.

Installation using Spit TAPCON® Dome

Min. 60 mm6 mm drill bit

60 mmTX 30

Tightening max. 10 Nm

Pre-drilling with 6 mm drill bit.

Tighten with TX 30 to a maximum of 10 Nm.

Blow 3 times to remove the last particles.

It is possible to use any other Spit TAPCON® concrete screws with a diameter of 6.0 mm and length of at least 60 mm.
