State WIC Division staff are running the Clinic Closed Hours and Holiday User Monitoring Report and the MI‐WIC Access Monitoring Report , which are found in the Admin Module under Reports, Staff Compliance, to check after hours usage of the MI‐WIC System by local agency clinic staff.
Coordinators are being notified once a month regarding staff usage of the system after hours.
COMPLIANCE: State Level After Hours Monitoring Letters
When you receive a letter from our state contact person, please respond to her within one week.
Let state staff person know the nature of the work that your staff was doing in the system after hours.
This is in a continuing effort to ramp up security and monitoring in our Michigan WIC Program.
