1) PCB crack, damage or broken.

2) Check for components high-up especially F1, C11 & L1

(0.5mm maximum).

3) Components (radial) not touch each other.

4) Components not out of PCB edge especially F1, C11, U1, D5,

Shield PCB, DZ2, C2, & L1.

5) Ensure no missing & correct for untestedparts:

C2, DZ2 & Shield PCB.

6) Ensure no missing Silicone Bond for Q1 & Shield PCB,

C2, ZR1 & ZR2, LED1 & R18.

7) Ensure no missing LED Spacer.

8) Ensure no Silicone Bond at unnecessary place (or dirty).

1) Check for lead length : 1.5mm ~ 2.5mm

2) Check for soldering condition overall.

3) Check for lifted pad, expose pad or broken trace.

4) Ensure no missing & correct for untestedparts: C6 & C7.

6) Ensure no solder block the following hole:

a) GND(FG) pad c) N pad

b) +B(15.5V) pad d) L pad

7) Ensure no Silicone Bond at unnecessary place (or dirty).

* If all OK, re-pack and stamp OQC ACCEPTat the carton label.

If found 1 pc NG, return the lot (1 ctn) to Production forrescreen and action. QA Dept. Head may decide the affected

lots to rescreen based on the reject item and root cause.
