• strategy development and implementation, • resource development, • network roles, responsibilities and collaboration
mechanisms • personal and team leadership development?
Objectives: Strategy Development
• clarify how the different levels of strategies will connect and how we will monitor and report on progress
• get an overview of the planned contributions to the targets
• agree how we can best organise network exchange and collaboration for Strategy implementation, for some priority themes
Expected products of Strategy session
• Agreement on the role of regional strategies and on collaboration needs
• a table that shows the regional / national targets that contribute to each collective target as well as the planned (tangible) contributions towards these targets,
• Agreement on steps needed to improve alignment of the strategy targets
• Agreement on CT lead role(s) and who, how will operate
• Agreement on how we will monitor, evaluate and report on achievements
• Agreed next steps
