How Will We Serve You?The Willis Government Entity Team Mike Meredith, Client Advocate, Senior Consultant—
Responsible for the overall satisfaction of Brevard County/Schools with Willis employee benefit services. Specific account responsibilities are strategic planning, assisting with the management of the benefits programs, formal presentations, carrier negotiations and overall relationship management.
Carol Hendricksen, Employee Benefits Consultant—
Carol provides direct client support and facilitates the use and allocation of local and strategic Willis resources. Attends local meetings, provides project management on key initiatives; including, facilitating the coordination of project objectives between insurance providers and Brevard

Sue Wiesing, Account Executive/Transition Specialist—
Responsible for providing initial transition support with vendors, carriers and service team; provides ongoing account management; including, compliance updates, human resources initiatives, consultative support for benefit plans, plan design, marketing and renewal process.
Allison Frederick, Client Service Manager—
Responsible for day-to-day client service. Works behind the scenes to support service activities; including, coordinating marketing and renewals, working with actuarial and underwriting team for regular financial updates, designing plan summaries and comparisons, communicating legislation and compliance updates.
