Each prospective tenant of 525@Vine will receive individual consulting services from the full leasing team representing Wexford Science and Technology. The brokerage firm Linville | Team Partners will work with the tenants to develop a customized real estate plan within the 525@Vine facility that strategically aligns with the needs and goals of each company.

Assisting in this real estate plan will be the develop-ment group, Wexford Science and Technology, as well as any other resource needed by the tenant to ensure a successful leasing transaction. Those resources include the Wake Forest Innovations department led by Chief Innovation Officer Eric Tomlinson, DSC, PhD. Wake Forest Innovations plays an integral role in assisting the recruitment, development, and retention of numerous tenants within the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter.
