LJ Hooker Home Loans is a full Australian Credit Licence (ACL) holder with ASIC. Our lending specialists are appointed as credit representatives under our licence, or in some cases, will hold their own ACL.

Your lending specialist will also hold Diploma qualifications and be a member of an industry body such as the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). They will also hold membership with a dispute resolution body such as the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL). Our mortgage professionals are also subject to regular audits and trained to offer the highest level of service within the industry.

Under credit representative and licence regulations, and in conjunction with the National Consumer Credit protection Act 2009, you can feel safe that your clients’ requirements and data will be handled with the utmost care.
