Why me God?

description

Enough Lord, I get it, its not about 'why me’… Its about giving thanks rather than complaining, its about living in wonder at your goodness and mercy and grace… Its about realizing that no matter what we go through in life, be it sickness, pain or poverty, be it death itself, Gods love will bring us through to victory.

Page 2: Why Me God? Why me...

Why me God?I wonder how often we raise our voices to shout out these words when in pain.

Page 3: Why Me God? Why me...

How often have we questioned; why God? Why me Lord? Why my children? Why did you allow this to happen? Why this sickness? Why will you not heal me? Why? Why? Why?

Page 4: Why Me God? Why me...

There are a thousand WHYS thatsnugly fit into a thousand reasons why we cry out in such a way to God.

Page 5: Why Me God? Why me...

We know God cares and we are sure that he hears and answers prayer otherwise we would simply not bother to seek his help.

However with every 'WHY ME' comesan underlying accusation that quietly says; you could havestopped this, why will you not heal me? Why did you cause this to happen to me?

Page 8: Why Me God? Why me...

During a recent bout of illness I found myself asking, Lord why, why me? I got the answer this morning just a few days 'after’he had healed me…

Page 9: Why Me God? Why me...

Gods answer came quietly and surely from… Psalm 103
