WAYS OF INFORMATION IN THE MODERN SOCIETY…..

The ways of information in the modern society are:Television, Radio,Press and last but not least the Internet. The Internet is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet Protocol Suite (TCP/IP).

It is a network of networks that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and government networks of local to global scope that are linked by a broad array of electronic and optical networking technologies. The Internet carries a vast array of information resources and services, most notably the inter-linked hypertext documents of the World Wide Web (WWW) and the infrastructure to support electronic mail.

The Internet :with the help of Yahoo Messenger, MSN, etc., and with the help of sites from were you can send electronic “letters” (email).

And the most common way of communication is of course the telephone. Communication was made very simple when the telephone was invented. Sounds were transmitted over long distances in a matter of seconds

Now something better is here to help us communicate faster and cheaper: VoIP - the future of voice communication (especially because of the prepaid phone calls!)

Early uses of Radio were maritime, for sending telegraphic messages using Morse code between ships and land.
