Why•At First Mexico wanted in Texas.•Then Mexico stop allowing people in to Texas. •There were some early clashes between Mexican Army and Texan Colonists.•Taxes were placed on new incoming settler•Slavery was outlawed•Mexico did not protect freedom of religion and required a tithe to the church.
