Tr ibe Home’s rugs and home wares are val id under a 12 month warranty i f the p iece d isplays an obvious product ion faul t whereby the product is no longer funct ional . Tr ibe Home wi l l repair or replace an i tem i f there is defect ive dur ing the 12 months f rom the date of d ispatch, provided the i tem has been used for a normal household purpose and maintained in accordance with the care instruct ions by the consumer, exc luding general wear and tear. Due to the nature of the handmade products , natural imperfect ions and f ibre pop -ups are common in the products and not c la ss i f i e d a s a fa ul t .

Any im p rop e r or n eg l i gent use o r neglect which is detected by the assessor wi l l automat ical ly void th is warranty. The warranty appl ies to household res ident ia l use only and not to any commercia l , contract , rental , t rade, inst i tut ional or other non-res ident ia l use .
