Secure Fixed-Income Investments These are typically short-term investments of 12-18 months. Invested capital is a loan on a construction or rehab project; ROI is realized when the property is sold or refinanced. Partners in Fixed Income investments are secured by a Note tied directly to the mortgage, a publically recorded legal instrument filed with the County Clerk. A recent success story was that of a repeat client who reinvested his returns, reaped the rewards of compounded interest, and grew his portfolio by 25% in just 24 months. Long-Term Growth Investments with Consistent Dividend Distributions Partners in Interest Income investments receive quarterly dividend payments, payable to themselves or a designated legal entity of their choice. Investors have a direct ownership interest in the properties, providing long-term appreciation potential with tax-advantaged quarterly distributions.
