Who we are: TPMG/Kaiser Permanente is the largest multispecialty group in the world with 9000 physicians and over 30 Nuclear Medicine specialists. Due to increasing number of patients/volume of studies, we are looking to add a new shareholder to our medical group in the Sacramento Valley. In the Sacramento Valley, we have the tertiary referral center for Neurosurgery/stroke as well as the women and children’s hospital. What we do: TPMG is the exclusive Nuclear Medicine provider to all the Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and outpatient centers in Northern California and patients with Kaiser insurance (with approximately 4.5 million members). What we are looking for: We are seeking candidates for a 0.8 Full time equivalent, shareholder track Nuclear Medicine position. The successful candidate will dedicate 100% of clinical time to Nuclear Medicine Imaging and Therapies. Responsibilities: Interpretation of PET/CT Diagnostic nuclear medicine Supervise therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures Consultation for Nuclear Therapies including but not limited thyroid cancer, hyperthyroid patients, NETs, palliation. Who we are: TPMG/Kaiser Permanente is the largest multispecialty group in the world with

• Proficiency in CT/Cross Sectional imaging demonstrated by American Board of Radiology

Certification AND meeting ACR credentialing in diagnostic CT for chest/abdomen/pelvis or

• Proficiency in CT/Cross Section imaging as demonstrated by meeting ACR credentialing

requirements in diagnostic CT for chest/abdomen/pelvis for Non-radiologist certified physicians.

AND

• ACR requirements for PET/CT including Contrast Enhanced PET/CT

AND

• SNMMI requirements for SPECT/CT

AND

• Obtained California medical license or eligible for California medical license

Optional Requirements if one is requesting for Cardiac CT privileges:

CBCCT certification or

ACR certificate of proficiency in cardiac CT

Additional Qualifications which are not required but would enhance your application:

Fulfilling ACR/SNMMI Credentialing statement on Brain PET/MRI (preferred for applicants

who graduated from residency after 2017)

For a 8 hour day, expected productivity level is 12 PETs if on PET rotation

For a 8 hour day, expected productivity level is 15-20 general nuclear medicine studies and

possibly 1 consult.

*With the recent change to a 36 month core curriculum in DR residencies and the increase in

permissible months of training in a particular subspecialty from 12 to 16 months within a 4-year

(48-month) program, the opportunity for significant additional NM training in DR residencies

has become possible. Thus for recent ABR certified physicians, 16 months of their Diagnostic

Radiology residency rotations must be in Nuclear Medicine.

Applicants with recent ABR certification are required to pass the following clinical practice

modules: Nuclear-Fundamental, Nuclear-Advanced as well as choose 2 from the following
