A Pastor should be faithful to his wife. If he has the habit of flirting with other women or if he has extra marital

affairs, he is not fit to be a pastor. He should love his wife. ~ 1 Tim 3:2

If he is arrogant, brash and if he does not have a good temperament, he is not fit to be a pastor

If he does not respect people and if he is inhospitable and if tries to show himself to be unapproachable, then he is not fit to be a pastor.



He should be able to teach others and he should be humble so that he is also teachable. If not, he is not fit to be a Pastor. ~ 1 Tim 3:2



He should not be a drunkard 1 Tim 3 :3



Violent? Quarrelsome and

has unrighteous anger?Not fit to be a pastor

Lover of money?Not fit to be a pastor

He should manage his family well and his children should respect him. He should earn respect and not demand respect.
