Residents Response to an Expanded Co-op

• When the question “To increase shopping choice, which of the two edge of town centre option would you favour? Or do you have any alternatives to add?” a large portion of the responses wrote in that they wanted an expanded Co-op instead of a entirely new store.

• One person commented that they would rather have a larger store within the town that sold a wider range of stock than two smaller shops with less of a range of products.

Potential Alternative Housing Location

The map to the left shows the potential housing sites in the area of Winchcombe. The Almsbury site will most likely be allocated to the supported homes for the elderly and the other two sites of the infill in Greet and the West of Winchcombe site.
