What is the Connect Partner Programme?

Plantronics Connect is a programme that delivers real value to our partners – providing all the support your business needs, in planning, training, marketing and generating revenue.

The programme can be entered under one of three status levels, all determined by your anticipated performance and the level of commitment you want to give. Every level has benefits to ensure you’re rightfully rewarded for the revenue you generate, the initiative you show and the insights you share.

How can I log in?

You need to be registered with the Connect Partner Programme to access plantro.net.

To log into Plantro.net, simply:

1. Visit www.plantro.net from your web browser of choice.

2. Click on ‘Partner log in’ at the top right hand corner

3. Enter your login details then select ‘Sign in’.

If you haven’t registered with the Connect Partner Programme, you can do so by going to plantro.net/partner_registration

Complete the form then click ‘Submit’.

I’m having trouble logging in

If you’re experiencing issues when trying to log in:

1. In the top navigation bar, hover over ‘Company’.

2. Select ‘Support’.

3. Choose the support information most relevant to your query.

I’ve forgotten my password

If you can’t remember your password to log in:

1. Access the login page using the instructions above, and click on ‘Forgot password?’

2. Enter the email address you have registered with Plantro.net then select ‘Submit’. Password reset information will be sent directly to your inbox.

3. Follow the instructions in this message to reset your password.

What is Plantro.net?Imagine a portal that enabled you to access a diverse range of valuable ready-made sales and marketing resources – wherever, whenever – with the click of a mouse… Well, now you can! Plantro.net is a dedicated information hub designed to help you revolutionise the way you communicate with your customers and, ultimately, maximise your sales.

How do I search for something on the site?

To find a resource, specific product information, or anything else you may need from Plantro.net, you can use our dedicated search tool:

1. Hover over the magnifying glass icon, next to ‘Search’, in the top right-hand corner of the Plantro.net homepage.

2. A drop-down search bar will appear. Click into the box, which says ‘Search’ inside, and enter your search term – just like you would a search engine.

3. Click ‘Ok’. You will then be guided to an advanced search page, both listing the search results and providing further fields to refine your search. We recommend using product SKU numbers for best results.

4. You can also search by going to ‘Tools’ on the main menu then clicking on ‘Download Center’ in the drop-down list. You will see a more advanced search function where you can select the fields relevant to your search criteria.

Remember: whatever your search, Plantro.net can help you find the tools you need to grow, whether it’s online training, marketing and sales materials, image and collateral libraries and more.

What can I find on the homepage?

The Plantro.net homepage is full of useful and engaging information. Here’s what to look for and where to find it:

• Use the top navigation menu to find your way around the site. This includes products, solutions and tools sections, and more.

• The large, rotating banner highlights current key Plantronics products, solutions and assets. To quickly scroll through, click on the circles underneath.

• Click on the teaser box in the bottom right-hand corner. This is updated regularly, and features a recommended resource for easy access.

• Hover over the ‘My Account’ key to access your product selections or to update your password.

• No matter where you are on the site, you can always go back to the homepage by clicking on the Plantronics Connect logo on the top left hand-side of the page

Where can I find product information?

Under the ‘Products’ menu, in the navigation bar of the home page, you’ll find details on all of our products. We’ve split them into the following categories:

To access product information, hover over ‘Products’, and then the category your product falls into. You’ll see the range appear on the right, where you will be able to continue your user journey.

If you’re unsure about which category your product belongs to, and don’t have time to browse for it, use our search function to scope out the information you need.

What product information will I have access to?

To access these quickly and easily, simply scroll down to ‘Product assets’ on your product page. Here, you will see icons corresponding to the available information for that product. Click on these icons to download the assets you need – or choose ‘Download all the assets’ if you’d like to save all of them.

Once you’ve selected the relevant icon for the asset you need on your chosen product, you’ll be shown a drop-down menu, providing you with a list of available resources and options for viewing or downloading each resource.

To save time, you can also collect assets in ‘My selection’; an area that acts as a shopping basket. You can download your assets immediately or at a later date when you need them. Simply click on the corresponding green arrow on the right-hand side.

• Icompatibility: Enable your customers to check the compatibility of our products with their existing setup through your website. We generate an online frame that can be used in the document body of a normal web page – you can then place a ‘compatibility checker’ on your website, like this: www.plantro.net/compatibility.php

• Download Center: Providing quick and easy access to product information, marketing materials and images, our Download Center enables you to search for resources by collateral type, product name or product category, or by using the keyword search function. Simply input your search criteria then click ‘Launch search’. Your results will be displayed so that you can view them (by selecting the eye icon on the right-hand side), download them (by selecting the down-arrow icon) or add them to a basket for later (by selecting the shopping cart icon).

• Collateral Builder: Create your own collateral by customising Plantronics assets (including product flyers, guides, catalogues and brochures in low and high resolution) with your own logo and contact details. Full instructions for creating Plantronics-branded collateral can be found on the ‘Collateral Builder’ page.
