Agencies existed only to sell you the candidates sitting on their database while the many online solutions were time consuming

and lacked the human touch.

Born in 2013, Bamboo Crowd is our reinvention of recruitment.

Our Story

We created a crowd defined by a shared mission – to offer real market expertise, affordable ways to build businesses, and bespoke services geared towards engaging and hiring the best people.

While the masses are defined by the 20th century model of archaic data, KPI's, and the hope of something sticking, we exist to give rise to the 21st century recruiter - one that offers a service packed with advisory, guidance, and results.

Our journey so far has seen us work with some amazing agencies in London and a spread of shops in New York, Dubai, Shanghai, and Amsterdam.
