County Investment OverviewCounty Investment Overview• Annual Subsidy request:

– Annual Base Subsidy of $225,000 to include 3% discount for upfront payment. Total: $218,250.00

– Monthly Payor Security Fee (MPSF) with initial annual cap of $300,000.00. This is a maximum outlay. Should dynamics of market be less than presented, County will realize much lower costs. For example: A 15% Uninsured Rate would equate to annual MPSF of only $146,250.00

– Annual subsidy capped at $505,000 ($205k base, $300k MPSF) in YR2-YR3 with clause protecting significant shifts in costs associated with economy or reimbursement.
