The second half started with Bra-dyn Clark-Gilmore going 84 yards with the kickoff and the Bobcats were suddenly up 48-0 with 11:45 left in the third quarter.

Jason Mensing, who is beginning his seventh season at Whiteford, won his 100th game. It was his seventh straight season-opening win over the Royals.

The Bobcat offense clicked to the tune of 314 yards rushing and 48 yards passing while holding Blissfield to 169 yards on the ground and 14 yards through the air.

Logan Murphy made the most of his touches Friday night. The White-ford senior rushed for 164 yards on just 10 carries, scoring three touch-downs.

DeShaun Williams had a huge game for the Bobcat defense. The senior defen-sive lineman was in on six tackles, including one quar-terback sack and four tackles for loss. Brodi Tesznar and Nicholas Donnelly also had sacks for the Bobcat defense.
