CRM2 can be white-labeled to the Reseller partner’s brand if wanted.

Reseller:

• 1. line support for the end customers

• CRM -training, -parameterization (and -implementation) services for the end customers

• Sales to new and existing end customers

• Takes care of server premise’s hardware, backups, data connections and availability

• Invoices the end customers based on the monthly user amounts of the CRM2

• Deliveries R&D issues to Evolvit (reported through the Reseller Portal)

• Reports new and existing CRM-cases in the Reseller Portal

• Deliveries all needed local language translations to the CRM2

• Processes the CRM-pages to the local language

We:

• Provide 2. line support for Local partner (Support Portal is opened for this purpose)

• Provide training services for Local partner (parametrization, support and sales training)

• Provide 2. line sales support

• Take care of the CRM2 hosting software’s maintenance and updates

• Process R&D issues from the Local Partner

• Invoice the Local partner based on the monthly user amounts of the CRM-service

• Provide existing CRM-service web pages to the Local partner if needed for marketing

Training

Reseller partner market and sell all or part of the CRM2 product line as a component of their geographic, vertical, or application-specific solutions and service offerings.

Sales person is thoroughly familiar with the CRM2 modules, functionalities and pricing models.

Support partner provides for it’s end-user customers the first-line support services and CRM-service provides for the Support Partner the second-line support services.

Implementation person is thoroughly familiar with the ideal way to implement the CRM2 for the end customer. Could be same person with Support skills.

CRM2 training should be organized in the following areas and the Reseller names individuals who will take the responsibilities for each fields. Training new Reseller will always be done by us. We recommend Reseller’s to name two employess to work with CRM2.

YEAR 1 Three people who will spend half of their time for the CRM-sales activities.
