CONCEPT, MEANING & DEFINITIONAn individual’s decision to disclose the in formation regarding unethical, immoral, illegal or illegitimate practices to an authority.Literally it means that one makes a noise to alert others to misconduct.That person is known as Whistle Blower.

An Act to provide protection to whistle blowers and provide safeguards against their victimization.Alternative mechanism to inquire into complaints made while invoking the WBP Act. The purpose of the WB policy is to encourage employees to disclose any malpractice or misconduct of which they become aware.
