Program InformationThe North Mississippi Trauma System, Inc., invites you to attendthe Where The Whole Team Comes Together From The Sidelines ToThe End Zone: 2016 Trauma Conference. The goal of this conferenceis to provide relevant evidence based information and stimulatediscussion about new and innovative advances in the fields oftrauma and emergency care. The conference is designed to coverall of the disciplines that are involved in the care of the trauma/critical care patient including physicians, nurse practitioners,nurses, pre-hospital personnel, allied health professionals andother interested health care providers.

Program AccreditationThis activity has been planned and implemented in accordancewith the accreditation requirements and policies of the MississippiState Medical Association through the joint providership ofNMMC and the North Mississippi Trauma System, Inc.

NMMC is accredited by the Mississippi State Medical Associationto provide continuing medical education for physicians. NMMCdesignates this educational activity for a maximum of 17.25 AMAPRA Category I Credit(s)TM. Physicians should only claim creditcommensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

The NMMC Education Department is an approved provider ofcontinuing education by the Mississippi Nurses Foundation, Inc.,an accredited provider by the American Nurses CredentialingCenter’s Commission on Accreditation.

CE credit for EMS personnel of all levels is provided by an agree-ment between the MNF and the Mississippi State Department ofEmergency Medicine Services.
