Straight Spools - available in 2-1/2”NPS to 40”O.D. instandard lengths from 20’ up to 50’ long. Custom cut andfabricated to meet system requirements.
Bends - custom bending capabilities to tailor changes ofdirection to meet system requirements while reducing flowrestrictions and energy loss. Large radius sweeps reducethe deterioration effects of abrasive transport materials.
Laterals, Tees and Wyes - designed to split or blend flowstreams, these custom fabrications are made using Ultra 600™pipe to provide superior abrasion resistance.
Reducers - flow velocity increases at reducers, increasingwear rate due to abrasive transport media. Ultra 600™ reducersare hardened to the same level as Ultra 600™ pipe and bends toprovide superior abrasion resistance.
Custom Fabrications - Ultra Tech also produces customspools and fabrications like manifolds, hopper to pipetransitions and cleanout spools. These custom pieces alsoprovide the abrasion resistant qualities found in Ultra Tech’sother system components.

In addition to the range of available standard endconnection options, Ultra Tech can provide customizedsizes and configurations to meet the requirements ofyour system. Selection of the appropriate option, orcombination of options, is dictated by maintenanceconsiderations, performance expectations, life cycle,and other variables. While end options can, in mostcases, be installed in the field utilizing proper procedures,improved performance will result when factory fitted.Care must be taken to cool the inner surface of the pipewall to prevent tempering, thus softening, of the martensiticmicrostructure.

ProcessFor each welded attachment, the inner surface is water-cooledto avoid tempering and loss of hardness. End options can beapplied to all spools, bends and components.
