2012 was a challenging fiscal year for SGMP:• Our $1.5 million organization was above breakeven by

1.1%

• Our 3,500 member organization was below breakeven by 0.3%

• Our industry suffered through one of its most turbulent times in years

• Our organization suffered through one of its most turbulent times in years

In SGMP’s fiscal year 2013: • The national leadership team has been focused internally &

not externally

• The national leadership team feels as strong as ever

The end of 2012 was a busy one…• We relocated our national headquarters in September

• We hired our new education & training director in October

• We moved our January Joint Leadership Meeting to October

• We held our first-ever CGMP Congress event in November

• We launched our 2013 NEC microsite in full in November

The start of 2013 has been a productive one…

• We conducted an annual financial audit in January

• We are launching the headquarters’ Training Center this month

• We are launching a revised CGMP program this month

• We are hiring a new deputy director by April

• We are preparing for our 31st annual NEC in May
