Introduction / Company Background Giant Oil & Gas Pte Ltd is a Singapore private equity company

specializing in the import/export and physical trade of petroleum

products.

The company is located in the central area in Singapore. While

Giant Oil & Gas Pte Ltd and Giant Oil & Gas Limited has been

fully operational since the year of 2014. Our Parent company

Giant Consolidated Limited which was established since 2007

which is based in Lao PDR and is one of the biggest

infrastructure developer in Lao. They have been awarded by the

Lao Government to build the 220km railway project from

Thailand Lao border right up to the Lao Vietnam border and to

continue for another 110km to Vietnam deep seaport.

We have our own arrangement to secure and procure allocation

of petroleum product Crude & Refine from Russia Federation,

Middle East and a few from the African continent. Our export

market includes Thailand, China, India, Malaysia and as far as

Europe and U.S.A.

Giant Oil & Gas Group Singapore & Hong Kong was set up due

to our connection with several refineries and our closed

relationships with key personnel in this industry. The Board of

Directors has steadily grown its trade network to span across

the continents. With partners and teams currently in Russia,

Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Taiwan and the

Netherlands, the company has its eyes set on great

heights. Recent developments with our collaborations partners

will continue to strengthen us. Currently our reliable Russian

network has been expanded to secure more petroleum for

Trade.

The company Giant Oil & Gas Group - Singapore/Hong Kong

employs a highly professional and experienced team covering

trading, operations, marketing, quality control, accounts,

finance and IT. Heading the ship is Mr. Mohammad Fadzwi Bin

Hamidun as the President/CEO and Spearheaded the Operations

is the Vice President, Mr. Ramlan Bin Nordin.

Company Mission Statement

GOG mission is to provide high quality long term cost effective solutions to customers who require physical supplies of Petroleum products for Aviation, Marine and Industrial purposes. Right now, Giant Oil & Gas Group is in the process of finalizing another strategic partnership with a big groups of Refineries, Trading Houses and Suppliers in Russia Federation such as OJSC Rosneft, Gazprom, Lukoil etc. We are also actively securing contracts with big organization in Asia such as Petronas in Malaysia, Pertamina in Indonesia, as well as in the Middle East Including Central Asia. Our Customers base are mainly from Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, and Australia and some parts from the European Continent.

Petroleum Products Giant Oil & Gas (GOG) trades the full range of Petroleum products, which are Diesels D2, Mazut 100, Aviation Kerosene JP54, Jet A1, LPG and LNG in standard forms of specifications according to the refineries standard specs and allocations.

Product Quality and Supplier Management The Product Quality of individual deliveries are assured by a combination of verifying the supplier’s certificate of analysis, physical inspection of product by our company cargo superintendent who also oversees the independent inspection bodies which are appointed. Product testing will adhere by international standard. Quality starts at source and we GOG work with our group of approved suppliers, These suppliers are approved using a range of criteria including, History of Supply Reliability, Quality, Price and Delivery Performance

Logistics and Packaging Most of our shipments will be transported in Bulk Cargo. At times shore tanks transfer will be done as per request. Volume will be gauge in Cubic metres, Gallons, Kilo Litres and Barrels. Weight will be calculated in Metric Tonne and Long Tonne.

Petroleum Industry

The petroleum industry in Singapore is accountable for part of the country's economy, exporting about 68,100,000 tonnes (67,000,000 long tons; 75,100,000 short tons) of oil (as of 2007). Singapore is dubbed "the undisputed oil hub in Asia", with the country's oil industry responsible for five percent of the country's gross domestic product (GDP).

Singapore is ranked second globally in terms of containerised traffic, with 21.3 Million Twenty-Foot Equivalent Units (TEUs) handled in 2004, and is also the world's busiest hub for transhipment traffic. Additionally, Singapore is the world's largest bunkering hub, with 23.6 million tonnes sold in 2004.
