Introduction

Organizations are nowadays on an evolving spree and lot of organizations mainly take

are the main essential as how an organization goes around for this change.

They mainly understand the different influential groups that are their in the business

arena and thus try their hand in making sure that all the conflict are resolved quickly and their is

also maximum productivity to the business. This is the main source of generation of revenues for

any firm.

Conflict and team spirit

Conflict are the normal phenomena in any business scenario. Conflict do happen because

everything is not perfect. Organizations thus needs to understand why all these kinds do happen

and then try to resolve all thee issues in the best of the time so that less damage is taken.

Conflicts are important for any organization as it helps in developing the more strong their

relations ship with other people. It helps to being out the loop holes in the organization and thus

makes the organization more stronger and healthier.

Conflict do help a lot in arising the spirit of the team. How does it happen is the main

question. Let’s understand it with the help of an example which can best describe it.

An organization is their which is mainly into production of software’s production. It has

its sales team which has its own targets and set deadlines. The sale team has more than 5

members per team and like it their are around 4 teams. Thus, all the teams have been given the

target of achieving sales of around 5000 $ per month.

A member of one of the sale team tries to stretch more further and being out something

innovative for the company which can bring more profits for the firm. He mainly tries to makes

one thing innovative or being out some new feature of that particular software which makes the

software are more worthy. This person gets all kinds of accolades from the team members and

the other members of the team are stunned and astonished and dis heartened by such a move of

the management.

Here arises the source of the conflict. The conflict thus mainly happens because one of

team member is able to get more revenues for the firma and he would be getting more share of

profits in the years and months to come.

This cannot be seen by his felloe members and thus they try to make all kinds of

accusations stating that the person is corrupt and it is not true and the deals that he has done are

totally wrong.

The team leaders of the other teams also are upset over this kind of move. They thus try

to make other kind of plans as to how to tackle that target an dhow to being in more revenues for

the business. This is the main source of getting or obtaining more profits for the firm. This kind

of radical change would mainly help the other teams to focus more harder on the targets and thus

would trigger a urge of coming ahead of the competitors.

This is one of the best ways how conflicts in the team can lead to more profits and a sees

Power conflicts cab be seen in this kind of scenario when the different team leaders are

being forced to make radical kind of changes in the team because of unseasonal pressure from

one of the team members of the groups. They would mainly feel that the leader of that particular

team would mainly become the nest boss and thus it would bring about a total change in the

perception and way all things are being seen.

Thus power is one of the biggest sources of conflict in any organization and it should be

noted down that it must be used in the best of the spirits and forms in order to be successful and

grateful for the firm. Without the correct kind of usage this kind of activity would lead to more

tensions and problems in the firm which can lead to emergency crisis in the origination.

For example, in the above example if the boss of the orgnaision decides to unseasonably

promote the main boss of that particular team which brought the maximum profit, it would legate

unrest in all other team leaders. They would think opposite of it and if in case all of them resign,

then it would be diffickt for the company to take over from their.

Thus, business and running of business should be done in the smoothest and the but ways

so that there is utmost power that can be shown and their would by a lot of progress and conflict

dop not happen the man purpose why conflict are being created. Conflicts should be taken up

challengingly and it should be taken in the context of making some thing foolish in the

origination.
