New normal
1. A One Stop Shop for HDR Support and Development and HDR Supervision Enhancement has been created.2. The Initial Supervision Enhancement Program is now only available via self-enrolment in iLearn. 3. There is now a choice for “new or fairly new” and “experienced” supervisors in the Initial Program4. The Annual Supervision Enhancement Program can still be completed via face to face workshops.5. Social media is being used via Twitter & Slideshare6. Process for policy revision has commenced.7. Process for improvement to the Research Master-MQSR process has commenced

A “design your own” strategy is under development, and will offer re-useable learning resources.4. An opportunity is now being offered for Faculty to partner with the Convenor to develop a Faculty based, self-accredited program. 5.
