CAN YOU SPARE 30 SECONDS TO IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS??
We have developed a tool to allow you to look at your sales and expenses in ways that can totally change your business practices. Yes, you might say, but how long will it take for me to get this information and then how long will it take for me to understand it? Do you have 30 seconds? How about less than 30 seconds? It’s that easy and that quick!
This tool is unique to RMPro. No other software package offers these types of measurements. How were we smart enough to come up with these ideas? The answer is: we listened to you. And, since we know the rug business, we understood your problems first-‐hand. We then combined the collective knowledge and collective intelligence of all of our clients along with the financial know-‐how of our staff and call the end product SMART Measure. We believe that what you can measure, you can both manage and grow. This is the best tool available to measure your business.
SMART Measure:
• Automatically populates your Sales, Cost of Goods Sold, Services, Number of Sales and Service Invoices written, Average Invoice amount and Number of Items sold from RMPro’s Sales Analysis report.
• Automatically imports your Total Expenses and Advertising costs from QuickBooks if you already have our QuickBooks Integration tool.
• Automatically populates your five Best Selling products each period • Automatically populate your three Best Salespersons each period • Automatically calculates your Gross Profit on Sales • Automatically calculates your Cost of Goods Sold and Advertising as a percent of Sales • Automatically calculates your return on Advertising costs both as a percent and as a multiplier • Automatically calculates your Total Expenses and Advertising per sale • Automatically provides all of this information for the Current Year and the three proceeding years • Automatically calculates the Yearly Total and Overall Averages for these important figures

SMART Measure also:
• Allows you to key in your own Expense and Advertising data if you do not use QuickBooks or do not already have our QuickBooks Integration tool.
• Refreshes in order to give you real-‐time data • Allows you to view your financial information either by month or week
SMART Measure provides a summary of all the information you need to analyze your sales and expenses with one click! Also, if you desire detailed information by individual invoice or individual expense, it is just another click or two away! The historical data is presented for the current year plus the three prior years in both summary and detailed form. It is easily displayed for either month or week and then can be drilled down to get the details to the bill or invoice level.
One look and we think you’ll agree, SMART Measure is one of the most powerful tools available to help the business owner or store manager make informed decisions about the financial position of the business! It’s a quick, simple way to give you focus in order to measure, manage and grow your business. We’ve made this process not only simple, but easy!

SMART Growth
SMART Growth was designed to provide you with a roadmap to success. There are only 2 ways to propel your business’ growth; either increase your number of invoices or average invoice amount, or even better, both. Through collective data and industry best practices, RMPro is able to calculate this for you. Once you have determined your desired goals, RMPro uses your historical sales data to provide you the measurements needed to not only obtain, but exceed those goals. You have the power and the knowledge to establish your percent of increase for both sales and services on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. You also have the ability to adjust these goals as you chose to do so.
Control your desired percentage of growth for both sales and services. Once these two percentages are entered, it will recalculate the needed increase in average invoice count and amount.
These recalculations will appear in the box on the bottom, showing you your targeted goals, allowing you to focus on increasing your bottom line profit and thus aligning your team.
What’s New in RMPro 2013.9 vs. 2013.4
RMPro Allows You to Aim Higher
Although RMPro gives you an estimated goal automatically, you can adjust any period of time, depending on the amount of anticipated business. This allows you to continuously tailor your aim to be 100% on target.
What’s New in RMPro 2013.9 vs. 2013.4
You can divide all your employees, not just your salespeople, into different groups, and each of those groups could get incentive payments weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly – all depending on whether or not that period’s goals were met or not. It’s a way to keep your employees motivated to keep up the good work – to get paid back for when the company works as a team to fulfill those goals. Most importantly, you have clear visibility in many various places of where you stand for these goals, and exactly what you need to do to meet those goals, so your company can focus, measure, manage, and grow.
What’s New in RMPro 2013.9 vs. 2013.4
Vendor Foreign Currency Support Your vendors most likely don’t all work with the US dollar currency. Some vendors may deal in other major currency, such as the Euro, UK Pound, or the Canadian Dollar. RMPro has always been based on the US Dollar, but now you can keep track of your Vendor Transactions in other currencies. Starting with a Purchase Order, you can enter the currency type along with the current exchange rate so that you can monitor the cost in your Vendor’s currency.
Custom Order Tracking You can now track the progress of a Custom Order, separate from the traditional Back Orders in RMPro. When you make a Custom Order, you can enter multiple items, describe as much detail as possible about how to design/manufacture it, attach any type of documents, request samples from your Vendors, and when committed, produce a Back Order for a custom-‐designed item. Once a Back Order is generated from a Custom Order, the rest of the process works the same as Back Orders. But, RMPro never loses track that it started as a Custom Order.

Customer Appointments Do you use a calendar or book to schedule appointments with your customers? Have a tough time knowing which of your employees should make the visit to a Customer? Fret no more, because RMPro introduces a digital replacement for what many call “the book”. Using the new Customer Appointment Module, you can instantly schedule a delivery to your customer’s home from the Point-‐of-‐Sale, and then keep track of each appointment. You will know exactly which items to bring, which employees should attend, and be notifiedwhen you’re scheduled to attend an appointment.
Selling Items in Other Locations As requested by many users, we have now added the ability to sell items which are in-‐stock in a different location. Traditionally, you could only sell items which were within your current location. Now, you can sell an item from another location. When you do so, the item's status becomes "Sold in Another Location" and then a transfer will be required to finalize that sale. New additions have been added to facilitate this transfer requirement, including a new alert to let you know when you have pending transfers.

Employee Time and Attendance If you have many different employees, and perhaps multiple locations, do you know where each person is at any given moment? Do your salespeople fight over who’s next in line to work with a customer? Would you like to know if an employee is gone on a customer appointment? RMPro’s new Time and Attendance module allows you to not only monitor the work hours of your employees, but also to track your salespeople’s activity with customers. Soon, your employees will even be able to clock in and out using just their thumb print or a card reader.
Employee Scheduling Now, you can create a comprehensive schedule for each of your employees from RMPro. Set them up on an hourly basis and copy/repeat their schedule for days or weeks at a time. Then, with the connection with the Time and Attendance module, you will get notified when a scheduled employee doesn’t clock in, or when someone clocks out too early. In addition, you can schedule your employees to attend customer appointments, integrated with yet another new module: Customer Scheduling.
What’s New in RMPro 2013.9 vs. 2013.4
Turn Tax On or Off During Invoice Suppose you're making a large invoice, and have already entered about 50 items and set all of their prices. Then, you realize that this customer is being charged tax but shouldn't (or vice-‐versa). Now, you can turn tax on and off during item entry using a new checkbox at the bottom of the item list next to the "Tax" field.
Access Invoice Screen from Point-‐of-‐Sale The same invoice screen which is available in the Customer Invoice List and widely across RMPro is now accessible from within Point-‐of-‐Sale. On the main (customer) screen of the Point-‐of-‐Sale module, when you double-‐click on any invoice in the invoice list, you'll be provided an option to view the invoice screen.
Point-‐of-‐Sale Setup Additions The following new options are available to configure within the Point-‐of-‐Sale Setup to control how the system works:
• Whether to Allow Re-‐price within Point-‐of-‐Sale • Adjust the Size of your Logo on Invoices • Whether to Show Cashier on Invoices • Default Media Type Per Customer
New Invoice Template A new invoice template (#13) has been created which is similar to #11 but has margins on the left and bottom for use of pre-‐printed invoice forms.
What’s New in RMPro 2013.9 vs. 2013.4
New Faster Sales Reporting Structure There's a new hidden structure in the background of RMPro which is used for various sales analysis -‐ such as the home screen alerts, sales/service summary, and the SMART Growth module. Basically, this structure allows RMPro to extract sales information EXTREMELY fast. So, if you have the Alerts and sales information in your home screen, it loads in a fraction of the time as it used to.
IMPORTANT: After installing this update, you will need to run a utility which constructs this new structure. If this utility has not been run yet, then a yellow bar will appear across the top of RMPro. Click this bar and it will open the utility which does this bulk work for you. This might take a few minutes, depending on how large your RMPro database is.
Voiding Invoices from the Invoice Screen Previously, you could only void a customer's invoice from that customer's detail screen. Now, you can void an invoice directly from the invoice screen. When you've opened any customer invoice, click the "Edit" button in the bottom-‐left corner, and in the popup menu, "VOID" is now an option. Please note that there are some scenarios where it will still require you to refer to the former Customer Transaction History in order to void complex invoices.
Batch Edit in Inventory List The Inventory List now has a batch edit option, which allows you to modify any group of selected items or all items to set their properties to the same description. For example, you can easily change everything in your selected list to a Rectangle shape. We've also added Unit of Measurement to the batch edit to allow you to easily switch between Feet and Meters.
What’s New in RMPro 2013.9 vs. 2013.4
New Additions to Tag Templates 2 new fields have been made available on inventory tags: Received Date and whether the item is Consigned. You can add these fields to your tag templates using the Tag Designer in RMPro.
Automatically Set Received BO Items as Sold Whether you're receiving a Purchase Order or a Transfer, you can enable a global option which will always automatically set a Back Order item as Sold at the time of receiving. It has been something commonly missed across many users of RMPro, where Back Order items are received, but never marked as sold. Now you can ensure they're always marked as sold no matter what.
Point-‐of-‐Sale Address Verification When you enter a customer's address in the Point-‐of-‐Sale, you can now press a button which will connect to Google and verify your customer's address to make sure it's accurate. If not, RMPro will automatically offer you to correct the address.
Best Customers Report Want to see who your best customers are in any given period of time? Instantly identify your top-‐rated customers with a new report designed for this exact purpose. Just like any other report, you can filter it to show only customers of a particular region, customer type, or invoice type. No more deep drilling of the Customer List – instead your best customers are available in just a few clicks.

• Data Trail: A log is maintained for all the transactions synced and activity that takes place. • Saves Time, Save Money and Saves Frustration: Those lengthy hours of your key person or a highly paid data
entry employee sitting in the back office can now be utilized in many other ways to benefit business. Some of these could be; assisting customers to improve your sales, making analytical reviews to manage the business through business intelligence. As it is said;
“If you can measure it, you can manage it, if you can manage it, you can grow it”.
