We are all blended, (we have variations of each color in our personality.•The point of the profiling exercise is to give a generalization of the major, or typical tendencies of each color or personality type (i.e. Discover the dominant personality trait) So as to be better able to relate to each other.

•Don’t try to be another color, they are what they are and you are what you are naturally.

•Every color falls into 3 categories at different, stages and to varying degrees, They are: Highly Functional, Typical and Dysfunctional.

•The key is staying true to who you are but becoming the best version of yourself.
