1. Shop clear Deco Beads, and follow manufacturer’s instructions to expand them.

2. Layer gel beads in vase, and position inclusions on top (we used beads from Jewelry Making).

3. Pour in some water—enough to cover previous layer.

4. Continue steps 2 and 3 until full. Then add a floating candle.
