Believe it or not, but the clothes you have your

employees wear matters. Many

businesses make the mistake of thinking that fashion does not matter at work. They may let their employees wear whatever they want without giving any

thought to a cohesive dress code.

They may choose to put their employees in uniforms that are

extremely cheap in both price and looks. Taking

either one of those actions would be a terrible mistake because how a company's employees dress plays a major role in the public's

perception of that company.



If you want your business to be taken seriously it is critical that the work clothes of your employee’s matches the image

you want to the public to pick up on.



Take for example a clothing store. If the clothing store is trying to sell high end clothes then the employees must be dressed in a fashion forward ensemble that presents a high end image.



On the flip side consider a clothing store that caters to budget minded audience. Believe it or not, but it is equally disastrous for the middle to low end store to not consider fashion and work wear as it is for the high end one.



How the employees dress colors the views of the people shopping

in the store. Just because a person is

shopping a less expensive store does not mean that they

disregard their appearance. They may

desire to purchase clothes that are less

If the employees fashion at the store is cheap looking, then that image is how the customers will perceive the clothes that the store sells.
